Register your team of 2–4 members. Use our Discord to find teammates, explore all themes, and attend pre-hackathon sessions covering SaaS Architecture, Product Thinking, and Rapid Prototyping techniques.
Submit your finalized project concept via a Professional Pitch Deck (PPT) and a Concept Preview Video (2–3 mins). Outline your architecture, target SaaS market, and core problem-solving logic for mentor approval. Only approved teams move forward.
The field narrows. Shortlisted teams are announced — followed by a live Kickoff Session with mentors. Selected squads are officially inducted into the 48-Hour MVP Build Sprint. The clock starts now.
The core build phase. Develop your working Minimum Viable Product with 1-on-1 technical mentorship and rapid prototyping support. Build your CRM, ERP, SaaS product, or automation tool — and make it production-grade.
The clock stops. Submit your Production-Ready GitHub Repository and a high-impact 3-Minute Product Demo Video. Zero extensions. Zero exceptions. 11:59 PM is the hard cutoff.
Finalists present their products before the Expert Jury in a live-streamed pitching session. Defend your SaaS architecture, business model, and technical decisions. This is your biggest stage.
Winners declared. Official Award Certificates, Winner Portfolios, and Internship Invitations dispatched directly to registered emails. Comprehensive Jury Feedback and final rankings released to all participants.
To maintain the integrity of the Buildathon, all squads must adhere to the following operational protocols.
Squads must comprise 2–4 engineers. Solo deployments are restricted. We advocate for cross-functional diversity across institutions.
Core logic must be forged during the sprint. Open-source modules and APIs are allowed; pre-existing full-stack applications are strictly prohibited.
Zero tolerance for plagiarism. AI-assistance is permitted for optimization, but core architecture must be your squad's original design.
Submission requires a public Git Repo, a 3-minute video demonstration, and a PDF pitch deck. Incomplete artifacts will be deprecated.
Jury verdicts are final and immutable. Any attempt to bypass the evaluation protocol will lead to immediate squad decommissioning.
Maintain professional-grade collaboration. Any form of harassment or toxic communication results in a permanent ban from F5Coders events.
